So, yesterday I discovered the gym and how much I enjoy running. I ran 2 miles yesterday and 1.5 tonight. I've never been to a gym before and I have to be honest, I wish I had started going earlier. There's something about running in place on a treadmill while staring at yourself in a glass window as you listen to music that urges you to continue

also, yay yoga!!!! i really need to start getting back into it. i tried doing a little the other week and i'm so out of practice! it's not the same doing it on your own either--i'd much rather be in a class.
