Just saw A Single Man with Colin Firth. So amazing. Such attention to detail & an intimacy that I reallly can't describe. There were a couple of scenes that were so quiet and deep, I was afraid to breathe. Stunning, really. See it if you can.

I've been wondering if this movie is as good I've read it is. I'll have to try and see it.

I liked Star Trek and Avatar and The Dark Knight, but there is nothing like a movie that just takes you away completely. And this is one of those.

I went in completely unspoiled and literally lost myself in this story. Beautiful and haunting. I'll be interested in hearing what you think.
