Do you mean with saline solution? have not done that for years... could help, yes?

Well, I kinda think it helps. It seems to cut down on any congestion issues I might have, so it least it takes that out of the equation. But I'm real sinusy to start with.

At the very least, it'll ward off colds and sinus infections.
