Got up today migraine free. thank god.
that funky haze is gone as is the nausea and the pain of course. its always a trade off - the meds have their own crap to deal with.

Friday is coming
thinking Central Coast, foggy mornings and hiking. A road trip, did you murmur? Why yes, that appears to be in order..A 3 day weekend too? We can accommodate that..and throw in a winery and a fireplace too..a pile of books, blessed peace and quiet? ahh...why of course we can order that up.
