Hi! It was fun seeing y'all. Except for maybe the whiny people who didn't appreciate davedujour and I playing Salad Bowl in a most awesome and strategic way. Well, ok yeah, I liked seeing them too.

Thanks for the recipe! We hope to give it a try this weekend.

I bought jenx a bottle of caffeinated vanilla syrup - I think that'd make for an interested "A La Mode" variation. I'll let you know if it works or not. :)

Hot Apple Pie with Sparks recipe

Scale ingredients to servings
1/2 oz Irish cream
1/2 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
1 splash Bacardi® 151 rum
2 - 3 pinches cinnamon powder

Layer the Irish cream and Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps in a shot glass. Very gently, pour the Bacardi 151 on top. Carefully ignite the 151. Throw small handfuls of cinnamon powder on top 2 - 3 times to make sparks. Blow out and serve.

I used to have a recipe for apple pie that was all booze. I may have to experiment for a while, but the ingredients included sour apple schnapps, captain morgan and bacardi 151
