I think me because I think I should always have the right of way...but you didn't say what direction the cars were going to go. If they were all going straight or if some were turning left or right (turn signals). That could have a lot to do with it! lol, I'm such a pain in the butt.

The most important thing, is whether or not the ambulance and police car have thier sirens on. Second most important thing, which vehicles are turning and which are going straight? Aswer me those and I will answer your question.
