The Fool looks around at all the brightly colored and exotic stuff. His hands are behind his back, holding his walking stick as he looks quiet and appropriate. Clearly this is an act.
Looking fairly innocent, the Fool takes his wine glass and then tilts his head. There's a faint ringing of bells so it just shows he's enjoying himself with the act.
