CHARMING is the word for your home. It's got a nice layout and the kitchen coloring is in a clean, bright hue. It looks like you had privacy in your yard. I can see why you feel you might miss it. But moving on is an adventure and I look forward to hearing all about it!

It is interesting how different parts of the country and even different parts of a city have different real estate qualities. We bought this house two years ago and paid about the same as you are asking for yours....$195,000. For that price here in Tulsa you get 3,300 sq ft, 2 car garage, 11 rooms, 3 full bathrs, 1 1/3 acre, built in 1990.
Real estate in rural NY (about 2 hrs north of NYC) was so high I could not afford to stay there.
Where we all live has a big deciding hand in the kind of home we live in.
Good luck to you. I am very, very happy for you!!!!!
