They're cross-training at work, and I got a new territory last week. A busy one too. Add to that last night we had the satellite tracking system fail for a few hours and it was nothing but catch-up all night. Learning experiences. ^_^

I'm beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel - financially. Losing all that pay for being ill, and spending so much on medication, has me behind the eight-ball on my bills. But I'm about to make my rent payment this week and my other monthlies next week. Hopefully, I won't lose any access in that time.

Well, I'm definately no longer ill. The follow-up cough is gonna last forever, but at least all the treatments finally got me back to having productive coughing again, so it's bearable. I'm feeling much better. A little tired still, but the actual illness is beat. I'm going back to work today. Now I have to find a way to get buy without a whole week's pay for the month.

My follow-up with my regular doctor today yielded one unsurprising result - I've been ordered off work again. So it's a whole week's worth of pay down the tube ( Read more... )

It's that time again. I came down with bronchitus, and I'm still fighting it almost an entire week later. True to form the doctors did not pay attention to my warning them I have severe allergies, and it's been allowed to progress to include sinusitus and pharyngitus now. Which means I cannot talk, which means I'm missing an entire week of work ( Read more... )

Got sick. Got better. Missed a few days at work. Can't afford to go to Millennicon now. Sigh.

Here I am! Had a hella week last week, with the weather and all. I'm a dispatcher for a trucking company, and it was nightmarish on Tuesday keeping the routes moving and safe at the same time.
