Hypothetically, Do you think that people, in the church, will do projects and meetings the same even though God stopped walking with that program or if God has changed directions?

History says yes, they will.

As to the rest...

1) God decrees the ends, but He also decrees the means.
2) I like this book.

i hope you aren't still tired all the time seeing that this was posted some months back. but i can definitely relate with my latest post. sometimes i tihnk that things we do in church is a lot of spinning our wheels and not enough ppl get involved with the things that are needed, then it always falls back on the same individuals leaving them exhausted.

don't skip church tho. we need that edification and teaching and common ground "peer" interaction. maybe it's the wrong church and you need to have another one but don't skip completely (this coming from someone who grew up not going hardly until about 4 years ago)

I am sort of still tired, but not doing as much lately. I still attend church 2-3 times a week (instead of 4-6 times a week like I used to). I can totally relate to to your post though.

I feel like like it is a Sabbath time in the Lord. I also have been thinking about the pottery in the bible and how we are the pot and the Lord is the pot maker. I've said this in my church, that we are empty and broken right now and we though we were once filled, the Lord has poured us out. Another in my church spoke about being made into new wineskins, for the new wine does not go into the old but into the new and this time of disorientation is that process.

I am tired and I get dicouraged, but I know that the Lord is doing something new and I just need to be patient. Also I love my church and the people there, it's the best place for me.

Thanks for your comment =)
