I have to say you've never come off as holier-than-thou. IMHO the only way you've come off is as a person who's genuinely concerned about the emotional well-being of other people. ANY other people, whether you've met them or not. It's a very rare and, again IMHO, very admirable quality and the world would be a much better place if there were more like you.
All you've ever wanted is for people to treat one another with respect. Trying to moderate arguments and prevent feelings from being hurt doesn't make you sanctimonious. I've never ever gotten the feeling that you perceive yourself to be without fault. I don't think you have any work to do.
As far as your comments, anywhere, I don't see them or you as holier than thou. This is you, and if you were to change your persona because others didn't care for you as you are, I'd be very disappointed. You are who you are hon, enjoy it and carry on enjoying life.
I'm glad to see you back online. Don't worry about the anon posters, as others have said. I read their posts and laugh, because they have so many facts wrong.
