I haven't logged into my Neo account for at least a year, since the last time I tried I had forgotten the password. Does that mean my account has been deleted now? That sucks. I had a lot of NC items in there, and obviously a lot invested into my pets. :(

I hope you can get your account back! That is really ridiculous.
