Admittedly three feet of snow so quickly is a bit extreme, but it snowed here in June once when I was a kid. British weather is unpredictable. Hopefully the snow won't cause Torchwood's exhausted minions too much trouble.

It does snow sometimes in summer, but it rarely settles.
