I'm looking for a teaching job.  In the meantime, is it better to sub full-time or work as a paraprofessional in one school full-time?

There are pros and cons to both. Let me know what you think.

I keep remembering Deerwood Elementary School, and the teachers who did similar things there. Sometimes teachers moved to paraprofessionals within the school, and vice versa. I would suggest paraprofessional, if only because it gives you a greater chance at getting to know the faculty members who wouldn't see you as someone attempting to edge in on their territory.

I would first look at income... As I'm sure you have...

Then ----- Is the subbing in every subject or just music? If it's everything, I think I'd go with the para gig. It probably pays more than a daily sub, and it would be more stable for everyone involved.

Good luck.

I would choose the para position mainly because it probably offers the whole benefit package (I know it does here), rather than just being paid for how long you work. GOOD LUCK!!
