Bandit gave me a right little scare today.  I got home from work to find him, as usual, asleep in one of his three doggie beds (we have one on each level of the house, so as to not make him go up and down stairs too many times a day).  Since he is mostly completely deaf, I usually wake him by tapping the bed a little with my foot...he startles
