The world seems to operate in cycles. The one I find amusing right now is in regard to communication methods. People jumped on posting boards years ago and then here to Livejournal. Is there any way to set up a more regular appointment with PJ to keep things in place? Perhaps a shorter but more regular appointment schedule where you could work out a payment method that would make each one a bit more affordable in exchange for them being shorter and more frequent? Or any way to keep things in line better in between visits that could be done by a layman instead of needing to be PJ? If it's already slipped you'll need to go back in, but I know that's not always possible every time, even for simple financial reasons. Simply dealing with it until it's unbearable and causes consequent damage to new parts of the body and then going in is not a good solution. :(
