Y'know what really makes this work? The fact that the cat joke is so stale and lame! See, if the joke was really funny, it would detract from the absurdity of the cat joke plate concept. But the fact that the joke is so bad makes this a home run!

No, the best part is that it all looks reasonably professional, except for the text on the plate, which is purple comic sans on a black background.
