I read it in the real paper (THE REAL PAPER) and I really liked it. Though it made me feel bad for leaving my bike in a snow bank.

As I was reading it, I heard ira glass' voice, and was imagining beautifully-shot video of each thing you described, including jeff on his bike, watching the steam on the river. I think this means you did a really great job :)
