It's a special kind of indigestion - the one caused by sinus drainage. I love fall, but damn. I hope I can recover by staying in tonight and be able to enjoy Saturday and Sunday, instead of losing another two days to being an energy-less, urky slug on the couch like last weekend.

I hear you! The past two days have been hell on my sinuses. It's been different this year in that I'm sneezing frequently (rarely an allergic reaction for me), then alternating between being really stuffy and really drain-y, like alternating every hour. Feh.

I added Allegra back in with the Astelin and am abusing myself by taking Sudafed on a semi-regular basis. It seems to be helping some, though I am still worn down enough that I actually napped for a few *hours* today.

I think I need to just move to a tropical environment, where there's rain every day. At least some of the pollen gets washed away and mold is one of the only things I'm not allergic to! ;-)
