Ugh, some people! I've had some roommate disasters too (a midnight mover who didn't pay their share of the rent, and who also scammed people out of a lot of money on Ebay resulting in some ugly calls to my home as well as police visits, followed by a couple who also didn't pay their share, beat each other up, left their kitten for days, and had people calling and threatening "consequences" if they didn't get the money they were owed, and plenty more fun stuff)...some people are horrid douchebags and one can only hope they eventually get their comeuppance.
