I don't know if you know. But I recognized her picture from one of your posts, and I'm one of those people who don't like to sit there and do nothing. I hope I'm not intruding, or sticking my nose where it doesn't belong. But, just in case you didn't know... you might be able to stop something before it gets really bad.
