I found out that the Bobcat operator who makes $60/hr owns his own bobcat (and the company doesn't give him gas money) same with the Grader operator (thats where the money is) This winter i can get a job for $13.50/hr at Desticon running a forklift (hmm.. sounds fun)

I already guessed that they owned their machines but none the less the money will be quite nice :) i'm also looking at that college and i'll post again with what i find out
