My day started out with a terrible headache.  I slept until after noon, got up, had cereal, took a shower and went back to bed.  Then I didn't get up until after 5 pm tonight.  My headache was almost gone, at least enough that I could function.  I called my mom and asked her to come over because Monte was going out to a movie tonight

What kind of carpet steamer do you have? I want to buy one and still haven't decided on a model. Our carpet is getting to that disgusting point :-( I usually clean it with a rug doctor two times a year but I would like to clean little messes in between.

It doesn't have the built in heater on it which would be nice I suppose. The one we got was the only model they had at HD and we had a gift card for there.

I've worked on the carpet in Aidan's room a couple times and it seems to do a great job. If you had the choice, I'd probably get the one with the built in heater and make sure you get the rotating brush. Ours doesn't have the rotating brush but we can buy it online I guess.

This works great for doing small areas and spills. We'll eventually get a regular upright one for doing the whole carpet but didn't have the money plus we weren't sure which one to get.

Thanks! I'll check it out. My mother in law has an upright Bissel carpet cleaner and it works great, but for an apartment I need something smaller.
