As if the last several days haven't been crazy enough, I just passed a kidney stone!

Earlier my back hurt a bit, but I thought it was from sitting in uncomfortable chairs this morning. Then, about an hour ago, I felt the pain move and knew it was a stone. (I have way too much experience with that.) So, I drank a bunch of water, took Advil, and
