UPDATE: The Tylenol wore off, and my temperature went back down. Weird. Raised temp on Tylenol but low temp while not on Tylenol. I wonder if it's one of my other meds causing the rise in temperature. I will need to read up on it and maybe ask my doctor. Seems strange. At least now it's just sinus pressure and a little headache bothering me

I am also a fairly high risk because of my low hemoglobin and anemia but I don't have the option of staying home. I could probably make some noise and get a doctor's note but I'm sure of I did, it would come back on me when everything is back to normal. Plus because we sell gas, my store is considered an 'essential' business and we'll never close down even if everywhere else does. So I'll just muddle through and hope for the best.
