I saw the best shirt the other day, on a woman coming out of the subway. It was just a plain black tee with plain white font, but I thought it was pretty awesome.

pff, 10 yards is enough for practically anything, unless you're making an absolute monstrosity with several layers - running out of fabric tends to happen more when you cut out piece by piece - figure out where everything will go before cutting anything else out; I often have to re-pin things like 3 times, which is a pain in the ass, but It always fits eventually
