So, first off was Greece/Spain. Greece/Spain, along with the second game, Lithuania/Argentina, was a hot, hot game if you're into the lanky Euro type. Spain, in particular - except for the Gasols - is an extremely attractive team.
Ricky Rubio, in particular, caught my eye. I'd already seen an article about him, but that kid is hot stuff. Kid, yes - he's seventeen, eighteen in October. Love him. (And I'm allowed to, because I'm only four months older. :D :D) He's not a hottie so much as a super-cutie, and he's a freak of nature. He's been playing professionally since he was fourteen, he's 6'4", he's got "Ricky" on the back of his uniforms, and he looks a bit like a harmless Spanis bumble-bee. Google image-search actually works for him.
Anyway, it was an exciting, fast-paced game, though Spain pulled away in the second half to win easily. Argentina/Lithuania...not so much with the exciting, fast-paced thing.

Latvia beat the USA boys in beach volleyball. I'm angry at the Olympics for taking perfectly good shirtless-guy sports and making them cover up. First boxing, now this? That's so not right. They don't make the beach volleyball girls wear one-piece bathing suits. Anyway, I can't remember the Latvian boys' names, but they were incredibly adorable, and I was rooting for them. I feel kind of bad for that.
