I will now share MY recipe for chicken stock.
Step 1) Go to store and buy can of chicken stock. Step 2) When that tastes nasty, convince husband he wants to make soup. Step 3) Since I don't cook, thank the heavens above that he does and well, to boot.
In the US we call the leaves cilantro and the seeds coriander. It has been my observation that cilantro finds use mainly in salsas with Italian flat leaf parsley being used in other dishes.
