Not quite sure what inspired that line aside from when I was thinking about how Rose looked during Parting of the Ways when she's stepping out of the TARDIS with all of that light expelling behind her.

To me it sort of summed up how The Doctor feels about Rose. She is the light to his dark. She is human and compassionate and loving. She saves him.
