Love the Tenth Doctor

Apologies in advance for using the wrong Doctor icon...it's "a" doctor but not "The" Doctor (note capital letters).  Need some good Doctor icons.

Now that I have gotten through the second series of Doctor Who, I am kicking myself for coming so late to the party.  At least I'm here!  Again thanks to Molly for the use of the DVDs.  Maybe this weekend

He took a little while to grow on me, in part because I completely love Nine and in part because he was so very shouty. And Doomsday made me cry buckets, but I have to say I liked the subtlety of Nine/Rose better than 'RTD-clearly-ships' Ten/Rose.

Can't wait for you to catch up! A lot of people hate hate hate Martha, but I liked her. And then there's the unbearable awesomeness of S4. I just rewatched that, and man - you think Doomsday made you cry? Wait for the S4 finale.

Im totally glad you are turning on to the Doctor. It is wonderful, and if you liked the first two seasons, you'll love the next two. Season 3 isn't my favorite, I like Martha and all, but the good episodes are few and far between. There are some interesting ones, and a lot of stuff gets snapped into place...but overall it is my least favorite of the seasons.

As far as Season 4 goes...I think it is my favorite. Donna is just wonderful and they give her arc and her development a lot of room to progress, and it is interesting to watch the shift both in her, and the doctor.

You have lots to look forward to...keep us informed.

Let me know when you get to see the episode "Blink" in the third season. I loved that one.
