I can't straighten

either of my arms right now, and my left arm is in acute pain. Thought it was all healed up, guess not.

and I'm bleeding.

so what happened?

the original injury was on 280 south when a cager jumped out in front of me on the carpool lane and pavement inspection ensued., seems severe tissue damage to my left forearm which is still sore from now close to a month. xray's were negative on a break.

bummer. a break would at least get decent acknowledgement from the insurance company. tissue damage, while far more severe and long lasting (almost three years after being hit by a car and i still have a lot of pain in my neck and back), is way easy to dismiss. bastards.

i hope it gets better soon.
