Can anyone suggest a good program to use for creating graphics and stuff like that? I'm going to be working on a site for someone, and well... Their current graphics suck, and I won't be using them. So, I need to make some myself.

Thank you!

Adobe Photoshop, bar none, or Paint Shop Pro on a budget.

Photoshop Photoshop Photoshop and Photoshop!!!

I use a combination of Photoshop and CorelDraw 8 but CorelDraw reduces the quality of the image while Photoshop doesn't so I only use it on images to make viewing easier since the preview feature of my photoshop doesn't seem to work. So basically um.... PHOTOSHOP!!

I have photoshop also, works well.... also try this site, it lists a lot of nice sites you can download graphics from. If you're really serious about creating websites and want really cool backgrounds and stuff, try www.iconbazaar.com. You have to become a member and pay to use it now, but there are lots of great graphics, still and animated, plus borders, backgrounds, text, and anything else you can think of.
