This. Was. Brilliant! no. BRILLIANT!!!!

It hit my biggest kink like EVER! I love character death and its emotional impact like nothing else. And, man, you delivered. It was brutal and honest and painful and felt like a fist into the jaw. I'm in love with this story.

I loved how you showed the way people suffer and try to pack in the pain differently. I love how in character your Kirk and Spock felt when each of them had to go on after losing their other half (and no matter what relationship they had prior to the death experience, they are halves of a whole). I feel like you twisted my insides and then stuffed them back in.

Oh, you spoiled me K/S for a few day, because I can't imagine reading something that would be as emotionally satisfying as your fic.

I have no words to tell you how much I appreciate that you wrote this. Thank you!
