Email Replies and Organization

I don't know if there is any interest in what I ended up doing to solve my email organization issue, but here is what my partial solution ended up being.

1) Group replies with original message
2) Redirect all new incoming mail to "@Inbox"

You should look into the Perl module Mail::Audit. There are some articles on how to use it at perl.com, and of course, like all good Perl modules, it comes with its own documentation in POD format.
