I haven't seen Oprah's After-Oscar Party show (yes, I was DEVISTATED when I realized I missed it!!) ... so when I found this I thought I'd share it with my sisterhood of unlucky ducks out there who also missed it!

OMG I LOVED that little excerpt! And then how alataye posted the link to the whole thing! AAAHHH! hehe I love how people are taking that comment about "I didn't need underwear" to mean that she went "commando". After she says that she SAYS "I had underwear, but you know"--it just meant she didn't need a bra. Silly people! lol :P

Great work on the video, I really love the 'montage' of clips from some of her best moments. Would you be able to upload the clip for the SAGs? Only if you can. Helen looks gorgeous in the last photo - where is that from? ♥

I can't really upload the clip from the SAGs because it's not a clip! I have the entire SAG awards on a DVD (my family had to TiVo it and send it down to me because I don't have cable) so it's too big for sendspace :-( ... If you want, I could make a small cut of when she wins (the one in the video is when she wins for The Queen). It won't look like the video though because I pieced together four second segments together. Let me know what you'd like me to do.

Sounds like a unique baby shower! I've never heard of one where they actually listened to the baby's heartbeat!
I'll be looking for that update, and no, of course we haven't forgotten you're alive!! (If you need help figuring out how to post pictures and how to make an LJ cut let me know, k? It could save you some time!)

I've been bitten by the painting bug. It happens to me every once in a while where I'll HAVE to get this idea down on canvas (and you'd SO approve of this one!! hehe) So other than dinner with a friend on Saturday night that's all I've been doing this weekend!! AH! SOOO behind in work (so much so that I'm skipping class today...again)

Thanks for all your patience as well as I navigate my way through deadlines and all that other "stuff" going on at home!!! Thanks for offering to help with LJ cuts etc!! I completely want to take you up on the offer and I'm really really really hoping to actually have some real time sometime between Thur and Fri evenings!!!!

I have some FUN ideas that I want to try out with my LJ. As for now it's just all words words words.

I LOVE the PIC of her hiding behind the flag!!! It's just TOO TOO TOO fabulous!!!!

Well - gotta go get some more work done. And yes - it was weird being at a shower (my sister-in-law is really really eclectic) and having this portable heart monitor and we got to HEAR the heartbeat. I have to tell you it was incredibly emotional and TOTALLY SURREAL!!!!!
