Why do we suffer?

We suffer when we resist life. We suffer when we believe life should be different. We suffer when we think there is something wrong with life that needs to be changed or fixed. Being in a position to judge in that way requires separation from what is being judged, and only egocentric conditioning believes itself to be separate from life. As we see ( Read more... )

i believed everything up until you said that the problem is solved by doing. this is not true.

everything else is, though.

maybe i am too inwardly focused. i find that to be the major problem in my theorizing. oops.

p.s. suffering is fact, no option.

I can take that.... It makes sense. I just think that everyone thinks differently, and everyone has their own views on everything, and everyone is entitled to them. I also love when people bring their views up to me, because it gives me something to ponder. I think suffering is a option. I think it is all a mind game. If you win, you live.... And vise versa. It all depends on how you look at it again.
