Steve's guest for the weekend wasn't really the 'picnic' sort, so Steve skipped that entirely and came home after putting up signs on his classroom and office door, alerting people that he would be holding office hours the next day and Sunday afternoon. Everyone could do with a homemade cookie. Especially the guy setting down his bags and a small cooler to knock at the door.

"I made it!" Bucky agreed. "No Doombots or alien invasions, even. Help me with all this, wouldja?" He nudged the cooler toward Steve with his foot. "Seems like when I said I was coming to visit you everyone and their brother had something they wanted to send."
