Oh, this was very well done. And I loved the last line - so fitting!

You really captured the physicality of Sirius' heartbreak well and I loved Remus for not just comforting him, but for standing-up to James. You don't ofte see that, but it's important.

This actually made me cry, and now I feel like I need to go somewhere and cry more. I can't stand to see someone in this much pain, even if it's getting better. Despair is such a bad emotion, and the feeling that you have to hide it is too realistic. Amazing! I can't remember the last time I cried reading a fic.
