As usual, you pull me back into this fandom with one of your splendid fics...and promptly take my breath away. Really a beautiful, sexy, hot, yummy fic....but more importantly your characterization is deadon. Your Goren and Eames are OUR Goren and Eames and it makes the fic flow so smoothly and allows the reader to get lost in the lush, erotic rhythm of the story.

Lovely use of repetition and meme, the sex scene was fucking hot, and then this:

and the tears come again, and the protectiveness, she’d forgotten about that, about fucking someone she actually loved,

That's just so incredibly evocative in a few short lines, and so beautiful. It really hit me. Definitely my favorite line in the piece.

So much other good stuff. The way Eames reminds Bobby to stop being an ass. The way she comes undone when he says her name (GAH. NAME PORN. MY SECRET WEAKNESS.). That wonderful way you have of taking an unlikely scenario and making it perfectly in character through the inner narration and dialogue and everything and GAH.

I'm pleased you liked that line...because I DID TOO. It's always lovely when a respected reader/writer picks out something that I enjoyed writing.
