As most of you know, I have had my share of plumbing problems. Just last month I had a plumber guy shut off the last of the leaks in the house and check the meter to make sure there were no undetected leaks ( Read more... )

So call the city, tell them a plumber couldn't find the leak, and ask them to clarify...

The leak has been found.
It was a busted pipe in the back yard.
I have had the leak repaired at my expense, and the city says I am also resposible for paying for the thousands of lost gallons of water (approximately $300.00) but that they will try to work out a payment deal with me.
I just hope that I can do all this and still pay my taxes.
