REGINA - Get ready for more "Hard Core Logo."
A sequel to the 1996 Bruce McDonald mockumentary has started shooting in Saskatchewan, according to the province's film and video development corporation.
"Hard Core Logo 2" is set to film in Regina, Watrous and the resort village of Manitou Beach from Feb. 18 to March 5.
The original "Hard Core Logo" starred Hugh Dillon and Callum Keith Rennie and followed the ill-fated reunion tour of a Canadian punk band.
"Hard Core Logo 2" picks up some 15 years after the original film.
McDonald, whose other screen credits include "Highway 61" and "The Tracey Fragments," has said he'd consider making a third, fourth - and even a fifth - instalment of "Hard Core Logo."
I wonder which script this one is.
