so i think i might have come to terms with the possibility that i will be living in roseburg for another year. i haven't heard from any other places that i applied, and mda hasn't returned my e-mail. i am wondering if i should call, but i don't want to be pushy. i had lunch with mark today and he reassured me that staying in roseburg and working

Ah roseburg, more active culture in a cup of yogurt, but true enough it is where your head is not where your body is, mostly.

Yeah, it's a shitty town, it's not exciting and a lot of the people have attention spans that can be measured in nano-seconds. But, there really isn't anything that much different outside of Roseburg. Denser populations mean more crime, less people mean....well, look at Glide and Myrtle Creek. Roseburg's nice. Then again, if you're feelin nomadic, Roseburg's a nice place to come back to in the future.
