Tonight I cooked the last meal for my family that I will cook for six months. I made seared tuna with tomatoes, olives, and capers, over thyme and cracked black pepper polenta, and a salad of baby arugula, roasted figs, and shaved parmigiano reggiano with a lemon-sherry vinaigrette. For dessert there was blueberry pie.
I'm 23 years old.
