But seriously. Noise 13 does the design for our website, and I was checking out their stuff to try and get some problems fixed, and I found out that they had designed the site for LuMax, a company that offers "all your lubrication and accessory needs". Yeah, so it took me until the bottom of this post to catch on that it was auto lube. I was like, Huh. I don't ever remember seeing a Lumax brand in any of our catalogs... I wonder if it's any good?

Also, can I be referred to in posts as Ex, as in Roommate and Ex? It sounds mysterious. Maybe people will think X is my initial. X is a cooler letter than B. It is full of possibilities!

And also, you're welcome for the work help. It was kinda nice to talk for most of the day.

Hmm, I guess I could do that. But I want a definite article too! Definite articles are the new cool thing, sort of like those annoying bug-eyed sunglasses which will not go out of fashion.

Also, you'd think that if you were describing a design you did for an auto lube company, you would not include "sexy" in the description, just on principle. Or "stimulating".

Yeah, but if I'm The Ex, it suggests a) that I'm the only ex, or the only ex of any importance, and b) that I might well be a pretentious indie band. Though they would be The Exes. Fine, that I'm a new-fangled pretentious indie singer who's changed her name to The Ex.

I think if I was designing for auto lube companies I'd use words like 'reliable'. Sexy just isn't good here.
