I came in today to find out that Sarah had rearranged my desk because it was too messy for her. She spent all morning obsessing over what 'Alice' will think of the office. I am inarticulate with rage at my boss' mind-bogglingly bad communication skills. So actually what I do is just ignore his emails until he's sent them at least three times, then reply with an inane question.
