Name: The N. part of the username will do. Not sure if this gets spidered and listed on google's searches and have been careful about names and such appearing on those for a long time now. Terribly uncomfortable leaving this outside Friends Only, that is.

House you would be sorted into: I've been sorted into Slytherin in two online places, but every time people describe Ravenclaw traits in applications, I keep going "Damn, more 'claw again" until I get to the Slytherin section and then can't decide again as have both in me. Dreadful fear is I'm a "nothing special" Hufflepuff after all and Gryffindor traits started running rampant a while ago despite my great dislike for that, but I suspect that I'd be more one of the Ravens before ever ending in Hufflepuff, so fear pointless and moving on. All this with the note that some of my family members and friends are Hufflepuffs and I'm not dissing the house or people in it, know the good sides probably not mentioned even in the books. So I'd say Slyth, but the doubts nag.
Why do you ♥ Rufus Scrimgeour? Erm. I've been brainwashed by scytheandroses and Lionel Luthor pics? Actually fairly ambivalent still, but figured I'd join in any case. I recently got rated as Rufus Scrimgeour and Phineas Nigellus in lumos_rating, so call it curiosity. I don't think I even disliked him ever though, like I do Harry rather often, so maybe it's just reacting to that bit of (lack of) chemistry. I like and admire capable people highly though, and the Head of Auror office must have both personal and political survival skills, let alone the Minister of Magic.
What is your opinion of his action in HBP? No comment. I haven't read it in detail enough to say anything, though Shunpike was a tad extreme, perhaps. All depends on circumstances and your point of view. Paranoia and wanting to seem efficient can lead to acts history deems unwise, but history is written by winners so who cares if you mean to be on that side, anyway?
Do you think he will be important in book 7? If so, what is your theory? No idea. Personally I don't really give a rat's you-know-what about anything or anyone other than Snape surviving and getting a good life, but like that's going to happen? As if. So sigh and meh and we'll see. I'd like to see more of him but I suspect he'll lose his job or at least not come out shining since it's a Harry Potter book. Harry not having the least bit to do with why I read them, as I said.
Other than that, joined to possibly post the crapola Rufus pic I drew for house points in Lumos, and if and when I get around to drawing the other more proper Rufus for Scytheandroses.
