Oh my god I am soo sorry. I sold about 5 items on TSUK that week and I honestly thought i'd sent them all. The dress is still in my wardrobe, I can't apologise enough :(
I'll try get it out to you on my lunch tomorrow. It'll be with you by the weekend. I'll re-print the paypal with the address on. I am soo sorry. :(
