Well, I finally broke down today and brought the old truck in for new tires.  While I might have had 10000 more miles on the treads, they're getting old and cracks were starting to form between the treads and on the sidewalls.  Not good, since blowouts in a truck at 80mph frequently don't end well

I suppose I should check my spare. I haven't ever had a flat with my Honda so I've never had to access the spare. It's one of those stupid donuts too. That's what I liked about my Explorer...a real full spare.

So stainless locks are not weatherproof.

I may need to spend some time breaking into a few secure things we have outside.
