I got back from So. Cal. on Friday night, and spent the last couple days unpacking and restocking the fridge. Today's chore was prepping a big pot of coq au vin for tomorrow. As good as it smelled rendering the lardons and cooking up the chicken, onions and shrooms, I'm definitely looking forward to it. Maybe I can convice
