I get back from a friend's house on Saturday night and my back has been hurting. I climb into bed and get up about a half hour later and my entire mid-upper back has seized up. I have to get into the shower and sit under the hot water in order to even function at all. This extends into Sunday but does get a little bit better. I have had a few ( Read more... )
